Advancement Support Scheme (PASS) to Promote Surveying & Mapping Professional Services in Belt and Road Countries As reported last year, the Government’s funding scheme, PASS, awarded $1.93 million to the HKIS, 10% of which would be HKIS-supplied on a nominal basis. The LSD has prepared some advanced promotional products in UAV-generated, urban 3D-modelled, remotesensing applications, among others, for urban development and natural resource reservations.
